The Corporate Governance Award celebrates individuals and organisations that have exhibited exceptional leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to the principles of good corporate governance. To be eligible for consideration, Organisations (Ltds and Plcs) must have demonstrated a high level of effectiveness across the pillars of corporate governance – Accountability, Transparency, Fairness and Responsibility, and Independence as well as the practice of good corporate governance, ethics, compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to risk management processes across the entire corporation specifically in terms of:
